The Bernina Shirring Foot #L24 is a specialized presser foot designed for gathering lightweight and soft single-layer fabrics with ease. It features a built-in tape guide that allows you to sew on tapes up to 12 mm in width, providing additional support and stability during the gathering process. This foot is compatible with all overlock stitches, making it versatile for various sewing projects that involve shirring or gathering fabric. With the Bernina Shirring Foot #L24, you can achieve beautifully gathered effects on your garments and other sewing creations effortlessly.The Bernina Shirring Foot #L24 is compatible with both Bernina L850 and Bernina L860 serger machines.
Tip: To gather single layers of fine fabric while simultaneously sewing it together with a flat piece of fabric use the Gathering Foot.
