As soon as I can find someone to install the bobbin case I will let you know. I was sent a machine that was broken. I have put in other bobbin cases before but this one i am not able to do . I received the new bobbin case and spent over six hours messing with it trying to make it work. As soon as I can actually use it I will let you know. I am not making this a review. I may really love the machine once I can get the bobbin case in and they can show me what I am doing wrong. Your customer service is very good. I'm just bummed. I had to go to the eversewn site to find information / instructions on how to install the bobbin case there were no online help or google help. This is a first for me usually I have no problem finding information on how to use a machine that I just purchased. Eversewn sent me a file that my computer wont open so i have to drive a hundred miles to get this done. I will give a review as soon as it works. If I can't get someone to help me with this problem I will have to send this back within the 30 days. It's already been more than a week and I have not been able to use it yet. I found some new ones I should have never bought a open box where I was told the mechanic would make sure everything is igood.
