Grace Q'nique 16X Manual Longarm Quilting Machine with FREE Cutie Breeze Frame
Grace Q'nique 16X Manual Longarm Quilting Machine with FREE Cutie Breeze Frame
For individuals new to midarm/longarm quilting, the Grace Company's Q'nique 16X Manual is an excellent beginning machine. This mechanical midarm has no stitch regulation and is only capable of operating in manual mode. With a maximum stitch rate of 1,700 stitches per minute, it simplifies any endeavor. The 16X Manual's straightforward design allows for superb stitch quality and straightforward manual speed control, allowing you to stitch fine details and at your own leisure. A light-up speed gauge that runs the length of the machine let the user to see how quickly the machine is stitching. The Manual comes with 16" of throat space, an automatic bobbin winder, and LED lighting, just like all the other 16X series machines. To make quilting a whole new experience, pair your Q'nique 16X Manual with one of Grace's quilting frames (separately sold).
Speed Gauge
Take use of all the advantages of quilting on a midarm quilting machine without having to switch between displays. Grace has replaced the LCD touchscreen on the 16X Manual with a light-up speed gauge. There's also the opportunity to upgrade your 16X Manual to a 16X and add a screen if you so choose!
Extendable Ergonomic handles
You can quilt in comfort since the ergonomic, soft handles are made to fit the natural curves and contours of your hand, reducing hand and wrist strain. The Q'nique 16X has two adjustable handles that can be turned or extended. This degree of adjustment allows you to quilt pain-free for extended periods of time.
4 Quick-Access Buttons
The 16X has reduced the number of handlebar buttons to two on each handle, simplifying the handlebar controls. The up and down arrows can be used to raise and decrease the quantity, size, and speed of stitches, respectively. The machine may be started and stopped with the "play" button, and it can generate a single stitch or move the needle up or down with the stitch button.
REPOSITIONABLE HOPPING FOOT
The 16X's hopping foot was created with the goal of providing maximum visibility. You can easily move the foot to the left, right, or back of the needle, depending on your preferences and the item you are quilting. Additionally, you can change how high your foot is. The jumping foot may press down too firmly on the quilt and start to drag when quilting with thick fabric or batting layers. On the other hand, skipping stitches can occur when the hopping foot is raised too high.
16" Throat Space
Invest in a machine that can easily handle large projects instead of a domestic machine that struggles to quilt those queen and king-size quilts. Big-block quilts tend to have a more dramatic visual impact, which is now possible with Grace's 16X! With a full 16" of throat space, you can expect to finish large sections of your quilt quicker than before, and best of all, you won't have your fabric getting bunched up under the throat!
1700 STITCHES PER MINUTE
Up to 1700 stitches per minute can be produced by the 16X Manual's strong motor. Its strong motor enables you to make exquisite, reliable stitches. The machine can also be set to sew at a slower speed, up to 90 stitches per minute. This wide speed range is ideal for the machine's manual stitch mode.
BUILT-IN AUTOMATIC BOBBIN WINDER
The 16X Manual includes an integrated bobbin winder that allows you to wind your large M-style bobbins fast, in contrast to other midarm and longarm machines. The bobbin cam of the machine is adjusted so that the bobbin winds all the way around before the winder cuts off. You are able to wind your bobbin while quilting because the bobbin winder operates separately from the machine. Grace suggests using 50-weight polyester thread on a cone for optimal outcomes while winding a bobbin.
Dual Thread Mast
With its dual thread mast, the 16X allows you to quilt and wind bobbins at the same time. This fantastic function helps you save time and effort! It's no longer necessary to put down your quilting to wind a bobbin. Your quilting and bobbin threads will have their own place with the dual-thread mast.
Designed to Feel Familiar
It can be scary to switch to a longarm machine, but the Q'nique 16X makes it simple! Compared to other longarms, this one is lightweight and highly manoeuvrable because to its two wheels.
LED LIGHTING
Your desk will be lit by incredibly brilliant, color-balanced daylight LEDs, which will lessen eye strain and tiredness. When you need more light the most, this machine is prepared to provide it. The workspace is made even brighter and shadow-free by the LED throat lights, which are paired with the bobbin light to illuminate the hook assembly area.
EASY–ACCESS BOBBIN
This machine's bobbin case placement has been thoughtfully engineered for rapid and simple accessibility. This makes changing your bobbin easier than before. Larger M Class bobbins with more thread than regular bobbins are used in the Q'nique 16X Series. As a result, you can quilt for longer stretches of time before changing or replenishing your bobbin.
Evolution Elite Quilting Frame
The Grace Company created the optional Evolution Elite Frame so that it will work well with the Q'nique 16X Manual. Made of steel and cast alloy, the frame is among the strongest and most durable constructions ever created. Leveling feet, channel locks, an adjustable leg system, and a SureTrack dual-wheel system are all characteristics of the Evolution Elite Quilting Frame. This no-baste frame is intended to enhance the beauty and convenience of your quilting projects. Standard packages of 8', 10', or 12' are offered for the frame with the machine.
Height–adjustable legs let you work at the level that is most comfortable to you.
With the help of the take-up rail handwheel, you can easily roll all the layers of your quilt. This moves the fabric to the next quilting part of your project.
To fit your quilting frame, adjust the depth of your work area accordingly. When using a long-arm quilting machine, increase your workspace for larger patterns, or get closer when using a short-arm machine.
You can easily lock the action of your machine to move either side to side or back and forth. ideal for lines that are straight.
