DESCRIPTION

Horn of America's Model 8280 carries forward the cherished legacy of the renowned "Quilter's Dream" cabinet, now updated with a tailored machine cut-out to accommodate contemporary large quilting machines.

The 8280, known as the Quilter’s Deluxe XL, boasts a spacious 31” cutout featuring a Whisper Quiet Electric Lift. This design is meticulously crafted to seamlessly accommodate all the latest large model sewing machines such as the Bernina 880, Janome M17, Brother Luminaire, Pfaff Icon, and Baby Lock Solaris.

This cabinet showcases an expansive drawer extension, a 14" drop leaf, and a swing-up extension on the right side, providing abundant space for your extensive quilting projects. Quilters will appreciate the generously sized work surface measuring 75 x 60 inches, ideal for handling quilts of any size with ease.

Acrylic Insert

Cabinet Insets & Inserts are meticulously tailored to fit your specific sewing machine and cabinet model. They are expertly designed to fill in gaps around your sewing area, enhancing your efficiency and comfort. Crafted from high-grade acrylic, these inserts are of exceptional quality.

All inserts are thoughtfully designed with the removal of the accessory tray in mind. They are skillfully aligned to ensure a level surface with the free arm of your sewing machine. If your machine features a top-loading bobbin, this might impact the insert's usage.

Occasionally, those responsible for custom cutting the inserts might have additional inquiries about your sewing machine or the hole they are fitting, leading to further questions to ensure a perfect fit.

Checking Sewing Machine Hole Size is Your Responsibility

Take the initiative to measure your sewing machine, ensuring all attachments are removed. To ensure the best fit, allocate an extra 2 inches around your machine for the insert to sit comfortably. This additional space not only facilitates proper insertion but also allows for unobstructed movement of your machine with the lift and sewing machine cords.
